The U-High Girls Track Team continued their record breaking last night (4/29) at the Urbana Invite. Senior Emily Clay broke the 3200m run record, recently set by freshman Sydney Billingsley, running to a winning time of 11:24.30. Billingsley also had an exciting come-from-behind victory in the 1600m run to win the event in 5:15.50, which is the second fastest time in school history behind Clay’s school record of 5:15.32, set earlier this week. These performances led the Pioneers to a 2nd place team finish. Congratulations ladies!
