All athletes going to the meet tomorrow will be released from school at 2:00pm for a 2:15pm departure time. If you are not assigned to the meet, you are still welcome to ride the bus and attend the meet to support your teammates. I will need to know today at practice who will be attending the meet tomorrow so I can give names to the front office for early dismissal.
Depending on when the meet ends, we may stop for food on the way home. FYI, Last year, we returned to school late ... nearly 11p. Although we hope to be back sooner this year, it's always good to be prepared. Warm clothes, extra water/snacks and some dinner money would be wise.
Time to believe in yourself ... F/S Conference is next Tuesday, Varsity Conference in 8 days and Sectionals is two weeks from today. Championships come to those who earn them. A timid athlete never wins .. only those who aggressively pursue their goals (and the finish line) give themselves a chance. The coaches look forward to seeing your best the next few weeks.
